Yes, our staff are fully trained and comply with relevant regulations, holding DBS certificates, Gas Safety Gas Engineers, Part P Electricians, Working at Height training etc. We can provide certification if required, and our certificated staff are qualified to issue landlord safety certification.

Yes, we usually bring our own cleaning supplies, however, sometimes we will use equipment provided such as vacuum cleaners. Each contract is different and can be fully bespokedd according to your requirements. For example, if somebody in the home has allergies, we can provide suitable cleaning products to cater for their needs.

Yes, we have full public liability and indemnity insurance so your property is in safe hands and you are fully covered for any repairrs, cleaning services etc.

Yes, we have emergency teams on call for broken windows, locksmith services, emergency gas and electrical repairs, plumbers etc. We ensure your tenants are cared for 24 hours a day, 265 days of the year.

Currently we cover Manchester and greater Manchester, but if you are unsure please contact us, as we have contractors available as far as West Yorkshire and across Cheshire. If we can’t assist, we know somebody that can!
